On page 6, line 9, after "jurisdiction." insert "In order to be eligible for credits under the program, fuels with a carbon intensity below the standard adopted by the department that are imported into Washington must be imported using a mode of transport that relies on a fuel that also has a carbon intensity below the standard established by the department."

EFFECT: Requires low-carbon transportation fuels imported into Washington to be imported using a mode of transport that relies on a low-carbon transportation fuel source, in order for the imported transportation fuel to be eligible for Clean Fuel Program credit generation.
