On page 3, line 14, after "(b)" insert "Persons who were adjudicated or convicted of the crime of murder in the first or second degree;

Renumber the remaining subsection consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

| EFFECT: Excludes individuals who were adjudicated or convicted of murder in the first or second degree and individuals meeting the definition of "persistent offender" from eligibility for community transition services.
