| EFFECT: Reduces total fees for driver's licenses and identicards in the following manner: (1) Standard driver's license and identicard fees are reduced from $72 to $65 per eight-year renewal cycle; (2) total fees for enhanced driver's licenses and identicards are reduced from $104 to $90 per eight-year renewal cycle; (3) total fees for motorcycle driver's licenses are reduced from $112 to $100 per eight-year renewal cycle; and (4) total fees for commercial driver's licenses are reduced from $208 to $180 per eight-year renewal cycle.
