Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly. Correct the title.
| EFFECT: Removes the prohibition against a landlord refusing to continue a tenancy or terminating a periodic tenancy except for the causes enumerated in the underlying bill. Restores current law regarding tenancies for a specified time. |
