"NEW SECTION. Sec. 604. (1) This act takes effect on the 90th day following the date of expiration or termination of proclamation 20-05, and any subsequent orders extending or amending the proclamation, declaring a state of emergency on February 29, 2020, for all counties in Washington due to COVID-19.

(2) The office of the governor must provide written notice of the effective date of this act to affected parties, the chief clerk of the house of representatives, the secretary of the senate, the office of the code reviser, and others as deemed appropriate."

Correct the title.

EFFECT:   Provides that the bill takes effect on the 90th day following the expiration or termination of the Governor's proclamation declaring a state of emergency on February 29, 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Requires the Governor's Office to provide written notice of the effective date to the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives, Secretary of the Senate, Office of the Code Revisor, and affected parties.

Modifies all implementation dates and deadlines in the underlying bill to account for the contingent effective date.
