On page 2, line 11, after "be" strike "served in accordance with RCW 59.12.040" and insert "mailed to the tenant at the tenant's last known mailing address"

On page 13, line 4, after "be" strike "served in accordance with RCW 59.20.150" and insert "mailed to the tenant at the tenant's last known mailing address"

EFFECT: Requires a notice of a rent increase over a certain amount to be mailed to the tenant. Removes the notice requirements in the underlying bill.
