Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
| EFFECT: (1) Removes the requirement that any notice of a rent increase greater than 7.5 percent be served in the same manner as an unlawful detainer notice under the Residential Landlord-Tenant Act. (2) Removes the language requiring any notice of a rent increase greater than 4 percent to be served in the same manner as other notices under the Manufactured/Mobile Home Landlord-Tenant Act. |
