On page 19, line 35 of the striking amendment, after "probation" insert "for a period of 90 days or less"

EFFECT: Narrows the prohibition on termination of an officer based on the officer's suspension or placement on probation by the Criminal Justice Training Commission to circumstances in which the suspension or probation is for 90 days or less.
