On page 8, line 3 of the striking amendment, strike all of subsection "(b)"
Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
| EFFECT: Strikes the provisions that exempt state agencies, legislative agencies, the judicial branch, local governments, and municipal corporations from Part 1 of the bill relating to personal data privacy regulations.
