On page 17, line 35, after "organization" insert "that is an agency of the state or one of its political subdivisions"
On page 18, line 2, after "organization" insert "that is an agency of the state or one of its political subdivisions"
EFFECT: Narrows DOL's authority to provide driving record data to bona fide scientific research organizations by limiting it to bona fide scientific research organizations that are state agencies or agencies of one of its political subdivisions.
