On page 8, line 10 of the striking amendment, after "reimbursement" insert "for all outstanding unpaid rent accrued during the eviction moratorium"

EFFECT:   Provides that a landlord must have been reimbursed for all outstanding unpaid rent accrued during the eviction moratorium to be prohibited from taking legal action or pursuing collection of a judgment against a tenant for damages or unpaid rent accrued between March 1, 2020, and six months following the expiration of the eviction moratorium.
