On page 5, line 27, after "46.61.502;" insert "or

(iii) There is reasonable suspicion a person in the vehicle has committed or is committing any offense involving a firearm;"

EFFECT: Adds any offense involving a firearm to the list of offenses when an officer may engage in a vehicular pursuit.
