Reletter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

On page 3, line 6, after "policy" insert "for the training of canine teams"

EFFECT: Specifies the citizen member on the panel should have a loved one impacted by interaction with a law enforcement canine; removes the requirement that the workgroup consider training curriculum, including the history of race and policing.
