Beginning on page 3, line 33, after "(b)" strike all material through "(c)" on page 4, line 1

Reletter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Allows the use of tear gas to be authorized by a supervising officer rather than the chief law enforcement officer; eliminates the requirement for a second notice of the intent to use tear gas after the initial notice and an opportunity to comply.
