EFFECT: Requires a city over 50,000 in a county with a population more than 500,000, but less than 1,500,000, to include a representative from the mayor's office and the city council president in the interlocal agreement process to determine the distribution of revenue from the local sales and use tax for emergency communication systems and facilities. For a city that operates under a council-manager form of government, the city representative in the interlocal agreement process must include the city manager or the city manager's designee.
