On page 3, line 1, after "title." insert "The state auditor shall establish or update the accounting standards provided under this subsection by January 1, 2022."

EFFECT: Requires the state auditor to establish or update, by January 1, 2022, the accounting standards used by a public utility district providing wholesale or retail telecommunications services when separately accounting for any revenue and expenditures.
