On page 2, beginning on line 7, after "section" strike all material through "section" on line 8

Beginning on line 2, line 38, after "(7)" strike all material through "section" on page 3, line 2, and insert "A licensing authority shall not charge a fee to a person for any preliminary application filed pursuant to this section"

EFFECT: Prevents licensing authorities from charging individuals a preliminary application fee to cover administrative costs.
