EFFECT: Provides that governing documents and declarations applicable to homeowners' associations, condominium and apartment associations, and common interest communities, and amendments and additions thereto, and restrictive covenants or deed restrictions, created or adopted after the effective date of the bill, as opposed to after March 1, 2022, may not prohibit ADU construction.
