On page 9, beginning on line 6, after "1," strike all material through "section" on line 8 and insert "line 1 of the title, after "program;" strike the remainder of the title and insert "and adding a new chapter to Title
28B RCW."
EFFECT: (1) Eliminates the intent that the legislature intends to appropriate $150 million to the state student loan program.
(2) Maintains the state student loan program design and reporting requirements.
(3) Eliminates the creation of the state student loan program and establishment of the account.
