On page 1, line 13, after "strategy." insert "The legislature intends to discontinue the policies established in this act if they exacerbate the current housing affordability crisis."

EFFECT: Amends the intent section to add that the provisions in the bill will be discontinued if the requirements of the bill worsen the current housing affordability crisis.
