On page 3, line 40, after "2024" insert ". A city, town, or county that adopts the statewide residential reach code is authorized to, and shall, process all permit applications for residential construction within 30 days of receiving a complete application"

EFFECT: Adds an authorization and requirement for cities, towns, and counties that adopt the statewide residential reach code to process all permit applications for residential construction within 30 days of receiving a complete application.
