On page 2, line 19, after "use." insert "A city, town, or county that contains an overburdened community, as that term is defined in RCW 70A.02.010, may not adopt or enforce the statewide residential reach code."
EFFECT: Prevents the adoption and enforcement of the statewide residential reach code in jurisdictions that contain an overburdened community.
