On page 2, line 19, after "use." insert "A city, town, or county located in the first climate zone established in RCW 19.27A.020(3) may not adopt the statewide residential reach code."
EFFECT: Prevents the adoption and enforcement of the statewide residential reach code in jurisdictions that are located within the first climate zone.
