On page 198, line 11, increase the State Building Construction Account—State appropriation by $3,262,000

On page 198, line 14, correct the total.

EFFECT: Makes a correction to the title of the Forest Riparian Easement Program and increases the amount of appropriation to the program.

FISCAL IMPACT: $3,262,000 in state bonds.
