On page 8, beginning on line 7, strike all of section 8 and insert the following:

NEW SECTION.
Sec. 8.
Nothing in this act seeks to govern conditions of employment controlled under any collective bargaining agreement."
EFFECT:
Clarifies this act does not seek to govern conditions controlled under a collective bargaining agreement.
