Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.
On page 73, after line 23, insert the following:
"(10) $51,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal year 2022 is provided solely for the department's building code council for implementation of chapter 88, Laws of 2020."
On page 491, after line 5, insert the following:
"Sec. 994. 2020 c 88 s 8 (uncodified) is amended to read as follows:
This act takes effect July 1, ((2021))2022."
