On page 3, after line 11, insert the following:

"(8) The state must fully reimburse local jurisdictions for all costs related to the resolution of juvenile warrants under this section."

EFFECT: Requires the state to reimburse local jurisdictions for resolution of juvenile warrants under the Intrastate Detainer Act.
