On page 3, line 17, after "inclusion." insert "Each survey response is confidential. Information or data from surveys may not be stored in any database nor shared with any outside entity unless in the aggregate."

EFFECT: (1) Establishes that each survey response be considered confidential; and

(2) Instructs institutions to not store information or data from surveys in any database or share evaluation data with any outside entity unless it is in the aggregate.
