On page 2, line 4, after "jurisdiction" insert "; and

(j) The facility host or operator has developed an infectious diseases management plan for the facility in consultation with the centers for disease control and prevention or state department of health"

EFFECT: Adds a requirement that the temporary shelter/temporary encampment host or operator consult with the CDC or DOH to develop an infectious diseases management plan for the facility to qualify for a SEPA exemption.
