On page 41, after line 28, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 24. The diversion required in sections 2, 3, 5, 6, 17, 18, and 19 of this act is not required until behavioral health navigators are available in each county."

Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Changes the effective date of diversion to the same date as when behavioral health navigators are available in each county.
