On page 50, at the beginning of line 22, strike all material through "$2,000,000" on line 24 and insert the following:
"Pangborn Memorial Airport Improvements (Chelan-Douglas
Regional Port Authority). . . .$6,000,000"
EFFECT: Provides funding for the Pangborn Memorial Airport improvement sub-project within the Ports Infrastructure major project. Removes the Terminal and Warehouse Upgrades (Port of Everett), Pier 66 Shore Power (Port of Seattle), and Off Dock Container Yard (Port of Tacoma) sub-projects and funding.
