On page 343, line 12, increase the General Fund—State Appropriation (FY 2023) by $1,100,000

Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.

On page 344, after line 8, insert the following:

"(d) $1,100,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal year 2023 is provided solely for expanding counseling services for veterans dealing with posttraumatic stress disorder."

EFFECT: Increases state funding for the Department of Veterans Affairs to expand the availability of counseling services for veterans dealing with posttraumatic stress disorder.

EXPENDITURE EFFECT (2021-2023): $1,100,000 Near General Fund—State/$1,100,000 Total Funds
