On page 6, after line 38, insert the following:

"(6) $3,900,000 of the climate active transportation account- state appropriation is provided solely for construction of sidewalks on 78^th Ave East between 204^th Street and 176^th Street in Spanaway. The amount must be deducted from the contingency total on LEAP Transportation Document NL-2 as developed February 20, 2022."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Funding is provided for a sidewalk construction project in Spanaway.

FISCAL EFFECT: $3,900,000 of state climate active transportation account funds.
