Purpose: Adopt new midwifery fees based on an updated fee study. All health care professions must be fully self sufficient in raising adequate revenue to cover licensing and disciplinary expenses.

WAC 246-834-990 Midwifery fees and renewal cycle. ((The
following fees shall be charged by the professional licensing
division of the department of health:)) (1) Licenses must be
renewed every year on the practitioner's birthday as provided in
chapter 246-12 WAC, Part 2.
(2) The following fees are nonrefundable:
