WAC 222-12-090 and 222-16-030, proposed by the Forest Practices Board in WSR 98-12-028, appearing in issue 98-12 of the State Register, which was distributed on June 17, 1998, is withdrawn by the code reviser's office under RCW 34.05.335(3), since the proposal was not adopted within the one hundred eighty day period allowed by the statute.
