AMENDATORY SECTION (Amending WSR 95-12-056, filed 6/2/95, effective 7/3/95)
WAC 180-77-122 Appeal procedures. Vocational certification
candidates who apply directly to the superintendent of public
instruction for a certificate, certificate renewal, or
certificate reinstatement and whose application is denied shall
be entitled to appeal that decision ((to the superintendent of
public instruction)) in accordance with the appeal procedures in
chapter 180-86 WAC.
