PERMANENT RULES
Date of Adoption: June 10, 1999.
Purpose: The existing rule requires that one copy of the completed educational specifications approved by the district board of directors shall be transmitted to the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) for review and comment. This provisions for OSPI review was repealed in another section of rule and should be deleted here also to be consistent.

Educational specifications--Review and
comment.
Prior to the commencement of the design of the proposed
school facility, the school district shall cause to be prepared
the educational specifications pursuant to chapter 180-26 WAC. ((One copy of the completed educational specifications approved
by the district board of directors shall be transmitted to the
superintendent of public instruction for review and comment.))
