]A quorum of the board of trustees will be meeting on Friday,
June 9, prior to the June 16, 2000, board meeting. The purpose
of this special session is to prepare the annual review of the
president's contract/extension.In the event it is necessary to change this meeting date,
the appropriate notification will take place.
