The board of trustees of Bellingham Technical College will
meet in a special session on Thursday, November 15, 2001, 5:00
p.m., in the Skagit Valley College Board Room at the Mount Vernon
campus. This meeting is being held as a work session with the
Skagit Valley College board of trustees and the Whatcom Community
College board of trustees. Action may be taken, if necessary, as
