Chairperson, Mr. Jess del Bosque, has called a special
meeting of the board of trustees for Tuesday, April 23, 2002, at
4:00 p.m. This meeting will convene into executive session for
the purpose of discussing and interviewing a consultant to assist
in the presidential search process. No action will be taken.
