To define the method of billing and define eligibility criteria for K-12 school districts and educational service districts that participate in the PEBB program beginning September 1, 2002. To clarify the requirements for certification of disabled dependents and reference the earliest date that retirees can waive enrollment in PEBB medical and dental coverage. |
