Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: To clarify and strengthen rules regarding the determination of student residency status, including:

&sqbul; Supporting documentation.
&sqbul; Proof of financial dependence.
&sqbul; Proof of financial independence.
&sqbul; Establishment of domicile.
