The Washington State Department of Agriculture is
formally withdrawing its rule proposal WSR 03-07-081 regarding
(1) hourly regular and overtime inspection rates; and (2) the
establishment of a fee structure for good agricultural
practices (GAP) and good handling practices (GHP) audits.
