Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapter 516-60 WAC, Admission and registration procedures.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 28B.35.120(12).
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: (1) A recent court decision has prompted the university to establish regulations on waivers of tuition and fees.
(2) General housekeeping measures.
