Designation as a "Qualifying Project" under Chapter 393, Laws
of 2003
Chapter 393, Laws of 2003, allows a project to request a
designation as a "qualifying project" for purposes of appeal
and review of permit decisions. Section 4 of the act requires
the Office of Permit Assistance, now the Office of Regulatory
Assistance, to provide notice of such designation to the code
reviser for publication in the Washington State Register. The following project has requested and been granted a
designation as a qualifying project: Links at Half Moon Bay
Project, Mox-Chehalis LLC, Chuck Maples, 1001 Cooper Point
Road S.W., Suite 140-357, Olympia, WA 98502.
