Purpose: Repeal of a duplicative rule. The language of this rule was incorporated into the rules contained in WAC 388-424-0005 and 388-424-0010 during a consolidation effort in July 1999, but the repeal of WAC 388-510-1005 Definition -- Aliens, was overlooked in the filing under WSR 99-19-091.
