NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

DEPARTMENT OF

RETIREMENT SYSTEMS
(Employee Retirement Benefits Board)

[ Memorandum -- November 14, 2003 ]

     The following information is provided in compliance with the requirement for the Employee Retirement Benefits Board (ERBB) to submit a schedule of regular meeting dates and locations for 2004.

     The ERBB will conduct quarterly meetings in 2004. Meetings will be held at 9:30 a.m. in the boardroom at the Washington State Investment Board, 2100 Evergreen Park Drive S.W., in Olympia.

     The meeting dates are: January 27, 2004, April 27, 2004, July 27, 2004, October 26, 2004.
