GAMBLING COMMISSION

WAC 230-40-833, proposed by the Gambling Commission in WSR 03-13-137 appearing in issue 03-13 of the State Register, which was distributed on July 2, 2003, is withdrawn by the code reviser's office under RCW 34.05.335(3), since the proposal was not adopted within the one hundred eighty day period allowed by the statute.
