NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

INTERAGENCY COMMITTEE
(Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation)

[ Memorandum -- January 5, 2004 ]

     The Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation (IAC) will meet Thursday, February 5, 2004, in the afternoon and early evening at the Lacey Community Center, 6729 Pacific Avenue S.E., Lacey, WA.

     This meeting will present the findings of the Nonhighway and Off-Road Vehicle Activities (NOVA) Committee and hear recommendations made to the legislature in the committee report. Other agenda items will include a 2004 planning session, aquatic land enhancement activities (ALEA) program guideline approval, Washington wildlife and recreation program (WWRP) multi-parcel acquisition program discussion, boating facilities program (BFP) cost increase requests, and management update reports.

     If you plan to participate or have materials for committee review, please submit information to IAC no later than January 15, 2004. This will allow for distribution to committee members in a timely fashion.
