] This memo serves as notice that the department is
withdrawing the CR-105 for chapter 246-50 WAC, Coordinated
quality improvement program. The department filed the
proposal November 19, 2003, which was published as WSR
03-23-135 in the Washington State Register. The original
proposal incorporated most of the language and intent of the
original chapter, and improved clarification and updated the
language to reflect current statute. Since the filing of WSR
03-23-135, the department received requests for additional
amendments, and has recently become aware of potential
legislation that may require additional rule making. For
these reasons, the department is withdrawing this proposal,
and will reexamine the rules after the 2004 legislative
